I am sick of standing still and doing nothing and not eating right or losing weight. I'm not going to weigh myself for three weeks, starting tomorrow! You see, I have this little obsession with weighing myself every single day. I don't want to do that, I just want to eat right/work out and hope for the best! Hopefully once the three weeks are over, I'll see a good loss. Think I can do this? :) Talk to me!

Reply from Jillian, Age 17 - 07/01/10 - IP#: 24.121.236.xxx Thanks for the encouragement everyone! I really appreciate it. We can do this, I know it. :) That's a good point, Melissa. Maybe I will weigh in once a week. But I just want to go a few without weighing. I know for sure that I won't be gaining, because I'm doing everything right in terms of healthy eating and exercise. After that I'll probably do it once every week.
Reply from Melissa, Age 16 - 07/01/10 - IP#: 70.57.89.xxx You don't need to weigh everyday. I think weighing everyday messes with the mind and makes you overly obsessive. But just don't go weeks without weighing at all! I recommend weighing yourself at the end of every week. Do this to make sure that just in case you aren't losing weight and you're gaining that you can change your ways before it gets out of control

I really hope you succeed and your motivation to do all that is helping to motivate me to start tomrorow as well! We can do this! :) lol. I will try, at least ;)
