I've got to workout. What can I do, and I'd like different options, on what I can do for exercise. I'm looking for more than running and doing crunches. Also, what keeps you motivated. A problem I have is losing motivation. What tips do y'all have to keep the momentum going and to keep the commitment?

Reply from Maddi, Age 13 - 01/25/11 - IP#: 98.235.45.xxx What helped me to lose weight was clothing. I had some old clothes that I no longer fit into and some clothing that I had my eyes on. Everytime I would feel discouraged, want to eat more than I should, or not want to exercise, my mind would go back to the clothing. I sugest you pick a piece of clothing you own and would like to fit into or something you will reward yourself with and think of that whenever your down. Imagine yourself looking fantastic in it and everyone saying how nice you look. Hope I helped and I hope you reach you goal!
