Ht. 4'11.5", Start: 151.8 lb, Today: 145 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 100 lb - I lost 6.8 pounds!!! Here's what i did
stretches
10 pushups
10 situps
walk for 30 minutes
i did that in the morning and at night and lost 6.8 pounds in one week. Please post here!
