Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 120 lb - hey guys :) its weird...im eating healthy, not really snacking, exercising everyday- which i never really did untill now and it doesnt feel like im losing weight :( it has me down a bit...
anyway, heres todays food: oatmeal w/ 2%rdcdftmlk and cinnamon sugar, 1/2 cup apple juice, Lunch: 2 hardboiled eggs with 8 crackers(the crackers were 128 cal), 2 small peices of watermelon, 1 cup 2%rdcdftmlk, Dinner: creamet sou-flay (its noodles w/ cream cheese and other stuff), salad w/ onions, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, and lettuce w/ french dressing, banana, water
i had so many cravings 2 snack but i didnt!!! :) its so hard tho
i rode my bike about 6 miles or s/t mayb more (for 40 min) then i worked out for an hour, plus i walked almost a mile ...i feel like there shud b some difference! <3 u guys! thanx 4 e/t! and SCOTT- FEEL BETTER REALLY SOON!!! (unless ur alreday better- than just stay healthy! :))

aww dont be digraged, u can do it! try mix ur xrcise up every 3 days!remember,WHATEVER TOMORROW BRINGS,ILL BE THERE:)

Increase your water intake. Divide your weight in half and that's how many ounces of water you should be drinking. Try different exercises - sometimes your body gets used to doing the same thing. I change up my exercise every two weeks. Make a goal to drink less soda, less carbs, less desserts - eat less of whatever your weakness is. Try to shake things up a bit and see if it works!
