Ht. 5'1", Start: 133.4 lb, Today: 133 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 120 lb - I have been having some problems with my wieght. Like towards the begging of spring and throughout summer i lose the weight and end up at my goal but I am always out working with my horses and doing stuff for 4h but when that ends i am at home and sometimes i exercise like 20 or 30 minutes a day but i dont lose the weight. I know i have to start excersing and watch what i eat more. I just need more motivation as it becomes fall and winter im inside more. I know i need to be using my excersie equipment that i have inside until its spring again but i always dont feel like i want to go do that. Any way to keep the motivation? or for other helpful webcites? please comment thanks a bunch.

Try tracking your eating habits and weight. It might help you out a little. I heard of this great site for kids called mychildshealth.net they even give you rewards for signing on, blogging and recording your information. Check it out and good luck

umm you can go on a tredmill if u have one if not take of shadow boxing, its alot of fun!also try to eat 1 tsp cinnimon daily when exercising it jump starts ur matabilism(im gonna try it in green tea! double jump starts!)goodluck <3
