Ht. 5'2.8", Start: 170 lb, Today: 138.5 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 120 lb - School takes up so much of my time so I don't post often but I just want to say hi to everyone new on here! If you're on here you've already taken the first step by choosing to do something about your weight. If you've chatted with me then you know that I am big on motivation and pushing yourself- keeping yourself going. I believe that you guys can do it. It's all about making a healthy lifestyle. I am no expert and I'm DEFINATELY not perfect but I can say that If I have a bad day or two I will keep trying. If you give up then where will it get you?
So I just wanted to wish you all luck!
Also fiber and water are good for clearing out your system!

Also I wanted to ask you guys if you know anything for indigestion?
Cuz I go an the scale and I have two days of food hauled up in my body... Eventhough I've been eating healthy and exercising-it doesn't really do me justice
Also anyone know of some high fiber foods?

Hey taya!
Ok so 4 me it wasn't a constant weight loss...it's kind of a whole story...
And I'll start at the beginning :)
Ok so it's kind of a blob in my mind now but this is about the dates
I was always around 155 8th grade and begining freshman yr
November 2010 I signed up 4 the gym... Janurary 2011 I shot up to 170!
That had never happened like that and I think I was depressed but soon I started working out intensely and eating better and I got down to 160... I stayed at 160 till close to the end of the school year but during finals (apparently I used to always gain weight then cuz I stress lk crazy) I worked really hard to be healthy
I went to camp during july do b4 that I lost around 5 pounds- I ate healthy and tried to exercise every day
In camp I found s/o 2 work out with and I lost another 5- then I was about 150
After camp I continued being healthy and exercising cuz my friend and I had decided that we'd keep going
So I was losing around-ish a lb a week but it's been a little weird lately
Around september I was 143 and now I'm around 138...
Im just a little confused b/c I exercised everyday and ate healthy and the scales not really showing it... But I heard its all with ur matabolism and it has to adjust- anyway so that's my recent story :)
O ya! 1 more important detail- in the summer I did tons of biking -I'd do 8 miles in 40 minutes
If I was stressed or Wtvr I would just plug my iPod in my ears and bike (also dancing is good 2)
Also I found this website around mid August and I'd talk to Pple and get motivated to keep on pushing :)
Another random point is that i have a big bone structure so I'll see what happens when i make it to 130/125 it's kinda interesting to think that 1day I'll b totally healthy and won't have to lose weight- I hope!

Hi ! I hope you reply, but I just wanted to know how long did it take you to get to where you are in weight now? We started at about the same weight and have the exact same goal :) please reply I'm very curious....THANKS :)
