I learned that if you divide your weight in half, thats the number of fl oz of water your body needs to stay hydrated. Well, im off to exercise. Good luck everyone :D

What I mean is gradually get to 12 full glasses, your first week only drink 6 classes and increase your intake each week so you don't feel like its a punishment to loose weight. But hey, my advice won't work for everybody

Remember ppl all drinks have water in them - even soda, fruits and other stuff you eat also have water, so it adds up. Try to get some Fiji water, that water is actually a pleasure to drink. For me Fiji is the best drinking water. cross12095
