I don't know how many times I've said that but i think this time it'll be different. I have the knowledge now -of foods to eat and what foods i should be avoiding -exercises that involve cardio and importantly, muscle. All i need now is motivation. I've told my mom that i wanted to lose weight before but when it came to it, i never really tried. So now when i tell her, she doesn't believe that i can do it. Which is understandable. But i know i can do so much better than what she thinks im capable of, i know i can. This is the first website that i think can actually motivate me enough to lose 45lbs. Wish me luck.

Reply from Maddie, Age 13 - 11/21/11 - IP#: 208.90.180.xxx Just take it one step at a time. If you drink soda, minimize it only drinking one can a week. If you eat out at fast food places, only do that once every 2 weeks. In order to lose weight, you must burn more calories then you eat. Aim for a lb a week. Exercise whenever you eat a chance too (At least 30 minutes a day) don't eat any restricted foods and remember, successful weight loss comes in time. Good luck and keep posting on your progress!
