Ht. 5'7", Start: 197 lb, Today: 192 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - Hi all, it's been some time since i last posted something. I lost 5 pounds in total and i feel stronger now aswell from the exercise :P But the reason i posted is that in a week or so we will be going to our family for a week to celibrate christmas, which usually involves a lot of food. How can i stop myself from binging that week?

Tell yourself to fill a plate and don't come back to the food. Have a small desert, no soda. HAVE FUN!

one whole year ago, to this day, i decided to start a serious diet. i was 14 years old like you and weighed 193.5 pounds, which is similiar to your weight. my goal was 130 pounds. i currently weigh 137 pounds. im telling you, it is not simple and quick, but it is very possible, and you can do this! i did it! and keep to your guns. dont give in. keep in your mind what it is that you want, and just go for it! you can do this! let yourself have a desert on like christmas eve and christmas, but dont go crazy. think in advance how weighed down, tired, guilty, and bloated you will feel after you overindulge, that usually stops me. good luck and merry christmas!
