Ht. 5'2", Start: 193 lb, Today: 136 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 130 lb - ive gained back one pound. this past week, i have been eatly a little more than usual. i dont know why! i need to get out of this habit and get back on track ASAP! i think i should start planning out my meals for a short while, that usually helps alot. Right back at ya Heather! I think thats a good idea. I used to do that by logging the food in my food journal ahead of time and then looking back at it and only eating what I logged.
