Ht. 5'5", Start: 287 lb, Today: 280 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - hey guys soo im feeling so much better about this went nad got my gym membership today and i did 20 minutes of eliptical 20min of tredmill and 20 minutes of bike i fel so good after then i played 45 minutes of raquet ball and it was so much funn im going evey day after school for 2 hours and do cardio workouts! ive been eating cliff bars for lunch everyday just enough calories fat and protien for a lunch with 2 bottles of water and a really healthy breakfast and dinner well im doing really well so let me know how you all are doing plannin on posting every day :)

Welcome back Shelby! I'm great! I've been doing 1 1/2 hours of step ups and 30 mins biking. Been eating 1300 calories and drinking lots of water. Good to have ya back!

Hey Shelby that's great! Keep going but are you sure a clif bar is enough for lunch? I know there healthy and good tasting but it may not be the healthiest thing to do, maybe try adding some fruit with it. Oh and I love playing racquet ball lol :) best of luck!!
