Ht. 5'5", Start: 178 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 155 lb - Hey guys! I've been here before, but I wanted to come back. I feel like I can't lose any weight.... I feel hopeless... I work out, I gain, I diet, I gain, I don't eat, I gain, I eat, I gain... NOTHING WORKS. please help me? Can you give me some tips? What do you do for working out?

Sorry to hear that :( what iv been doing for the past month has helped me a lot, I wake up early and go on the elliptical or treadmill for 30 mins (could be replaced with a morning jog or walk) , I stay completely away from processed foods, I eat 4 small meals a day, lots of fruits and vegetables, and when I get home from school I go on elliptical for 30 mins to an hour :) oh I also do small weightlifting (which actually got me arm muscle which iv never had before) and resistance type stuff I do planks, wall push ups, jackknived , all that stuff :p hope this helps :) oh yea drink lotss of water
