Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 108 lb - Hey. So this is my meal plan for today and exercise :)
Breakfast - One of my sisters Special K Protein meal bars (SSOOOOOO good!)
Snack - Carrots and salad, no dressing
Lunch - 1/2 can Campbells Tomato soup, 3/4 cup veggie beef
Dinner 1 serving of whatever my mom makes
Exercise
1 hr walking my little chihuahua Mini
2 hours step ups while watching My 600 pound life or maybe Avatar instead (Tonight ._.)
30 minute biking with my sister Biancah
Water - 10 cups
I've pledged to only watch TV when doing step ups, thats like an extra 2 hours! LOL
