Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 162 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 130 lb - I work in a fast foood restaurant. I usually go to work around 4:30 PM and I try to eat dinner before I go so I'm not tempted to eat there...however it's hard because by the time I get off work I'm hungry again and I eat something from there...any suggestions to help me stop?

Bring something like a Cliff bar or a granola bar with you to work. Works for my brother

Drink lots of water Melissa, when on break try jump rope, walking, running, jog,, you almost lost 30 pounds!! if you have an I pod touch or the small I Pod, bring them, to listen to muisc,? ask youself I am really hungrey? is my brain telling me to eat? when I don't need to.. Trust me Melissa I get that feeling sometimes, I usually drink water,, to help the urge to eat..
