I will also be drinking lots of water (no sugary drinks) and some days i will bike to the track or walk. I will run 1 Mile and when im feeling energetic 2-3 miles. Maybe four. I will start doing 100 sit ups and 50 push ups a day. Does that seem good or too overboard? Also, any yummy healthy meals?(:
