Ht. 5'9", Start: 230 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 180 lb - hey everyone, i've been losing weight for about half a year and have lost 35 pounds but now i've started craving again when i come home from school. My parents are always out and my brothers are always at work so it's really easy for me to get food. So when i come home i will maybe eat 2/3 packets of crisps and some chocolate bars and in the last 2 weeks i've put 5 pounds back on...does anyone have any tips on how to not snack on things because i've been doing alright since a couple of weeks ago??

Try not to buy these foods. When they are not in your house you can't eat them. The less you eat crisps ans candy bars the leas you will crave them. Remember, it is okay to eat these food every once and a while. Good luck! :)

Its actually really simple, just keep yourself busy! read a book, draw, paint, run, jog, walk (the dog(s),take a shower, dance, anything that keeps you out of the kitchen!
