I want eat healthier and be in better shape before I join the Army and go to boot camp after high school. What and how often should I eat. I only eat dinner and sometimes a snack because I sleep all day and don't exercise.
Reply from Sabrina, Age 13 - 06/26/12 - IP#: 174.54.152.xxx Hey Ashley, So if your into snacking, i would reccomend 6 tiny meals throughout the day. or you can have 4 medium meals throughout the day. the concept is to keep supporting your metabolism, the thing that burns energy, carbs, calories... ya know that stuff. but another important thing is to drink ALOT of water. i tell people to trt and drink half their weight in ounces,for example- you weight 142lbs, round that down to 140lbs and divide by 1/2= 70 ounces.
