Ht. 5'2", Start: 182 lb, Today: 182 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I started fresh today and updated my starting weight this time. I went running/ walk today on the treadmil for about 20 min then did situps and practiced my splits for when dance starts back up. im not going to weigh myself everyday because i get dissapointed if i dont lose weight everyday so every monday i will. im also gonna start making short term goals that are easier to achieve so that i dont get discouraged as easily and im also making minor changes in my diet like eating healthie. i cant wait to shed off these pounds :)

Anytime :D also i have mini goals too- i set them a 5 pounds- so right now im 134, when i get to 130 i can either reward myself with something small for the 5 pounds, or i can reward myself for the 20lbs so far :D
And also i weigh myself every saturday - it makes me think that its friday-no pigging out,you have to weigh yourself tomorrow!!

I weigh myself every monday too :) this morning I figured out that I dropped three more pounds!
