It took me a while to get out of 165 lbs, but It took paitcnes, fighting and a lot of effort. I know I am under 162 lbs hopefully!! it is a learning cruve!! you need to do small goals instead of big ones like 171 or 170 lbs that way you won't overwhelm yourself!! Taylor. Jessica17.
