Hey everyone, I'm 13, I am 5'5 and I weigh 110 pounds. I am pretty happy with my body except for one thing: I seem to gain a lot of weight in my inner thighs. I exercise a lot, but I don't know of any exercises that help tone down thighs. Also, are there certain foods that are making my thighs big? Please help. Love, Kate
Reply from Jen, Age 16 - 07/19/01 i had problems there, too, until i joined a 24 hour fitness. in the strength training area, there is a machine called the LEG PRESS. you start to see and feel the results within DAYS. this machine builds muscle, and with an added cardio routine to burn calories and fat, you can kiss your flab goodbye!
