Well since I last posted I've been drinkiong lots of water and on Monday I promised myself I would go to the recreation centre everyday and run a mile! Well I can't quite run a mile BUT what I do is I alternate! I do one lap running, one lap walking, run, walk just like that until I do a mile! I actually have fun doing it too because afterwards I'm really energized and stuff :) And I feel so proud of myself!
BTW I'm 5'8" and 180lbs I lost 1 pound last week! :D

Hey I'm just about the same weight as you and I'm 5'6 and I've been exercising and if I really watch what I eat and exercise every day I can usually lose up to five pounds in a week I have a tredmill and It helps alot I walk half an hour in the morning at my speed that's about one mile and in the afternoon I walk the same time and amount I usually watch t.v. at the same time so I can take my mind of exercising anyways I just wanted to tell you to hold on and eventually all your hard work will pay off! So far I've lost 15 pounds altogether but I'm still trying to lose all my weight! Just remember to keep going! Don't Give Up!
