Hi! I have been here before but I did not get any advice. I wiegh about 140 and I am 4'10. I started eating breakfast because people told me thats why I'm not loosing anything. I eat a light or no lunch. I eat dinner. But I don't eat after 6:00. I am a semi vegiterian. I want to loose wieght any suggestians. Please help me. kissaluvya@yahoo.com

dont skip meals! and if u want a healthy vegitarian snack try soy hot dogs of soy meat! im used to be semi vegitarian and i lived off of that stuff (u'll get used to the flavor!ketchup works)

You should try lifting weights. They really help. You should cut your portion sizes in half if they're really big like a lot of people's are. E-mail me at
