Hi. I want to go on a diet, but I dont know how. If you have a really strict diet plan or something that really works. And I do know that is will take a long time, and I am willing to do it too. in case it matters I'm 5'4" and about 200lbs. i wiould like loose at least 40lbs and baybe more if it works.
