Hey, I am really over weight for my age and I really need a good ecersize plan to follow, rite I have tried everything!Stepping, Gymnastics, dancing,arobix, swimming, ice skating,scating, yoga,fittness zone on Channel Health (on sky), ect. and i need 1 i can stick 2 cos i just gave up all those except Gymnastics cos I'm in the DISPLAY TEAM.so... negood ideas,most appreciated!Spring

Okay well make sure you drink WATER and only WATER EVERYDAY! When you get hungry drink water and that will take away some of the hungier. Don't eat the fast foods like McDonald's. Eat healthy food.....exercise everyday i know a 60 second drill that will help... For 60 sec. run in place, then the next 60 sec, sit ups, next 60 sec push ups and keep doing that for a little while you may think it is n't going to help you but believe me it will.
