Hey people heres a tip if ur daily calories are too low (1000 or 750) u gain weight this is because less calories slows down ur metabolism so u should try about 2000 a day or 1500 and exercise instead of just 1000.and if u starve urself then once u eat alot again u gain all ur weight back so dont try that either good luck.

No offence to you but if we all ate 2000 cals or more then even more people will on this stupid web site.
