Sup Y'all,
anywayz, im struggling w/ my weight. My goal is to lose 15 lbs. But i can't help but eat---alot. I don't eat junk food, no soda or juice just water, no heavy meats, no candy, no pizza.etc.. I eat ALOT of that special K cereal and alot of bread and skinless chicken and had two small bags of animal crackers which was 400 kals alone, thats what i ate today, and i feel sooo guilty, like i just sabatoged my whole weight lose plan. Im worried about the way im going, no body talks to me about this kinda of stuff, you know...body image, dieting, etc, and im afraid that ill eventually end up w/ an eating disorder, im find myself longing to be superthin and sometimes be a size 1. I eat so much everyday, like what i typed above, and i feel sooo guilty, although i know guilt doesn't do any good, this guilt cause me to want to do something drastic, like take laxatives, throw up, or starve myself the next day. I just need someone to talk about this right now, it would really help.

I know how you feel. You don't care if you do damage to your body, right? You know it's wrong, but things like laxatives just seem like the perfect solution, and your tired of people telling you that there bad for you, right? I am frequently in this type of mood, but lately I have been getting better about it. This is what is helping me. First of all, I would stand in front of a mirror, either in a bathing suit, or some type of skimp clothing. Then I would look myself over, then say one good thing about my body, like my butt isn't that big today, or my face is pretty, and stuff like that. If that doesn't work, I suggest you cover all the mirrors in your house, limit talk with your friends about looks, especially sizes, and go with out tv. It's a wonder what will happen when you aren't bombarded by media images and skinny people, or critizing about yourself. Let yourself eat whatever you want, as long as you are satisfied. Don't feel guilty about eating another piece of pizza or more animal crackers. If you are still hungry, simply eat until your not. But I also strongly suggest you exercise also. This whole thing your expiriencing is just mental, and you should get over it in a couple days, but beware, it can come back and will. I wish you the best of luck.

firstly, laxatives just dehydrate you because the water is not being absorbed in the large intestine, and vomiting just rots your teeth so they fall out, gives yu stomach ulcers, and ulcers in your mouth, i know how desperate you feel, im just the same, but god gave everyone a beautifulk body, we have ruined it wiht the wrong diet, (but you seem to eat well) or not exercising, try to respect the bodyu god gave you and lose weight the healthy way, of cutting down on food sizes and exercising, good luck, tell me how you go, luv rachel
