I feel so bad i was doing so good then I lost control. I ate so much yesterday. I feel so horrible. Argh I gained one pound. Thats how much I ate. Can u beleive it??? Hmmmm.... but i am not giving up that easily..... If anyone has any tips on how to lose weight or hasany good exercise moves. Either post it up on here or email me at wittnie116@yahoo.com. Don't worry bout that one pounbd u gained. Just exercise b/c if u do that one pond and the rest will go. It is good to gain that one pound gets your metabolism going faster and u can eat more with your metabolism high. When its high you loose more weight. My gym that I go to says that when u hit a plateau gain about two pounds and then diet to get it goin again. It works b/c I hit a plateau and I gained 3lbs. and then went back to my orginal diet and lost the 3 ponds and I lost about 5 more pounds after that and I am still going. Just don't give up. If you get your meatbolism higher you can eat more good things. Well i hope that helped and I hope you loose all that weight. Just to tell you with my program I lost 23 lbs. and I am still losing. i heard that once some one messes up on a diet they kind of say to them selves "o well, i'll start this diet tomorrow (or next week) till then i'm piggin out!" u shouldn't tell your self that, u should realize that u aren't following your diet and get back on track asap.
