Im 14 i weigh almost 200lb and Im 5'11(yea i kwow i weigh alot) but i have tryed everything i know how...i only eat on meal a day thats a salad at lunch..i try slimfast didnt work cuz thats stuff is grose...but if ne one has any suggestions to help me plz email me at candy69coated@hotmail.com PLZ

Your talkin YOU weigh alot?? I'm only 5'5" and i weigh almost 200 pounds and it completely sucks. last summer i weighed almost 50 pounds less than i do now, i am starting a diet tho and it seems to be workin.

One tip don't strave urself. That is the worst thing to do. You shut down ur metabolic rate and u stop losing weight and when u start eating again you gain weight. Eat a balanced diet w/ samll meals every two hrs. That how I lost 25lbs and When ur hungry and u already ate work out and get it off ur mind.
