Okay I made up my own diet plan:
I wake up a half hour early in the morning to exercise i walk/run and jump on the tramopline do crunches and squats
Then I have a slim fast drink or bar for breakfast
Then while im in school I take a lunch with me that consists of a sandwich and a bottle of water (do not skip ANY MEALS it makes u more hungry)
When I ge home, if I'm hungry I eat some celery or carrots with low-fat dressing
Then I do whatever school work i need to do and then i either dance or jump on my trampoline
Then I eat whatever my mom makes because she eats very healthy so if ur parents dont eat healthy u can replace whatever they eat with something good for you.
Then itry to hold back from dessert and drink a lot of water.
Exercise: you can either use the trampoline or if u dont have one jumping ropes are awesome...light weights are good while ur dancin and now they have "ankle weights that when u dnce u strap them on and it turns fat into muscle... jus some tips i hope they work
