ok, I was dieting and doing 4 hours or more of exercise. I'm loosing weight with a friend. I decided to go low-cal, and she, her mom, and my mom are concerned. I try to eat less than 900 calories a day, again doing more than 4 hours of exercise a day. Today I did 7 hours of exercise and 1875 calories. I binged because I was so hungry! But am I being smart dieting like this? I want to lose 30 pounds by september.

Thinking that eating under 900 calories a day is a great thing is also bad, you CAN lose 30 pounds without doing this. I also just want to mention that its a proven fact that people who try to lose weight extremely fast have a very low chance of succeeding and a lot will end up gaining more weight back. So just stay calm, see a doctor, you can lose weight the healthy way. :D

Get help, see a doctor, please, I don't want to see the same thing happen to another girl.

Eat a grape if you really aren't hungry. Not to sound like miss-know-it-all, but I did a 7 hour research on weight loss, but thanks for replying :)

I don't eat breakfast cause i'm not hungry in the morning. for lunch i may have salad and for dinner i have soup. my salads range for about 150 cals with the dressing. For soup it's 270 cals. I have the whole can which is why it's that many cals. that right there is 420 cals. what add those other cals is usually lots of juice. NOT SODA.
