Hi guys!!! My dad works out at a gym and he gave me some tips to help tone up...this is not a diet plan its to gain muscle... its a strenght training routine...hope it helps!!!! okay so here goes everyday:Crunches: 10 sets of 20 (total:200)Leg Lifts: 10 sets of 5 each leg (total:100)Dance: 5-10 minutesWeights: 2 sets of 25 each arm (total: 50)okay well hope that helps good luck... you should start seeing some good results in like a month...dont expect to lose weight...expect to gain muscle and lose fat!

hey Tonya, Will doing those workouts, dieting and exerciseing for an hour or 2 a day help you lose weight and tone up? Thanks
