I REALLY NEED SOMEONE'S HELP!
I WANNA ASK A QUESTION AND CAN EVERY ONE RESPOND
THAT WOULD MAKE ME FEEL BETTER IF YOU RESPOND!!!!
OKTHIS IS WHAT I DO EVERYDAY FIRST I EXERCISE 30 MINUTES
IN THE MORNING AROUND 10:00 A.M , THEN AT 12:00 I DO TAE-BOE FOR AN HOUR, THEN AFTER I DO TAE-BOE I DO 100 JUMPIN-JACKS,50-75 PUSH UPS, SIT-UPS, AND LEG LIFTS. THEN AT 3:30 I USE THIGHTEKXL FOR 30 MINUTES.
NOW FOR EATING
EVERY MORNING I EAT A LITTLE PORTION OF BREAKFAST.
AT LUNC I EAT A TURKEY SANDWHICH WITH MUSTARD ON IT.
AT DINNER I EAT ANYTHING MY MOM COOKS(BUT NOT THAT MUCH)
I DRINK 6 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY
I EAT A LITTLE JUNK FOOD AT LEAST 2-3 TIMES A WEEK.
NOW I'M WEIGHING 144 POUNDS
HERES THE QUESTION!!
IF I WAS TO DO THAT ROUTINE EVERYDAY FOR THE NEXT 4 1/2 WEEKS HOW MANY POUNDS DO YOU THINK I WOULD LOSE???????
IF YOU RESPOND THIS WILL HELP ME OUT A LOT I WILL FEEL MUCH BETTER
