Um, I explained what i did in one of the posts (response to this) I can't send you a points calculator. You have to buy that. sorry. I recommend counting the calories, exercising 20 minutes 4-6 times a week, 5 fruits/veggies (combined), 2 milk (3 for teens)(8 oz./1 cup), and 6 8oz. (1 cup) glasses of water per day.

Weight watchers is very similar to counting calories. There's books and stuff that you use for guidence (spell check), and a journal where you record what you've eaten the whole day. Everything you eat is equal to a certain number of points. And depending on your weight, you are allowed to have a certain number of points. And if you exercise, you can win points that you can use. You eat 5 fruits/veggies combined, 3 glasses of milk (2 if you are an adult), and 6 8oz. glasses of water (1 cup) per day. And if you have extra points left over at the end of the day, you can save them to use on another day. Like, if your family is going out to dinner or something like that, you may go over your point range, and use some of the saved, or banked points towards that. I go to weightwatchers meetings, where they give you all the guidence (sp) books, and journal things, and they weigh you and give you some, i guess you call it support...lol It's $30 registration, and $12 per week. I'm lucky my mom is going to help me when i run out of money. But if you don't want to join a group and get the journals and point calculator things, I recommend just counting calories, only have the 5 fruits/veggies, 3 milks (2), and 6 8oz. glasses of water (if not more) and exercising for like, at least 20 minutes a day, 4-6 times a week. You can eat all correctly and all of that, but if you don't exercise, you may not get very far. Other than the above (which do equal points, calories) You can eat whatever you want. And rather than weighing yourself everyday, which sometimes leads to lack of confidence, I recommend weighing yourself on one day of the week. Like if you start friday, weigh yourself in the morning (before you eat) every friday. You normally lose faster the 1st week. So don't expect to lose 4lbs every week. Maybe 3-4 lbs the 1st week and 1-2 the next, or maybe not that much, or maybe more. I guess it depends how well you count your points/calories and get your exercise fruits/veggies and water. Good luck! And if you have any further questions email me at Sunny680ajh@aol.com
