Well I started another diet today but i know i will stick with it. I did pretty good today. I didn't eat breakfast.(I get up so late its already lunch time, lolz!) But for lunch i had a fat free turkey lunchable with a glass of milk. Then for a snack i had some yogurt and for dinner i had a salad and a cheeseburger with milk. But then i ate 3 chocolate cookies for dessert. I feel bad about that but its ok its not that bad. Now for exercises. For morning exercises i did a whole bunch of arm exercises (if u want to know exactly what just say so) Then i did 100 crunches , 50 leg lifts and 50 donkey kicks. After lunch i walked a mile. Then for afternoon exercises i just doubled everything i did in the morning. Then i walked another mile after dinner. But then i drank ice water all day. The coldness(~ is that a word?) raises your metabilisiom and helps flush out fat. I'll keep in touch!

on my low carb diet i would only be able to eat the turkey out of the lunchable NO milk or bread so the bun on the cheesburger is way out but the patty i can eat as many and the salas as much as i want and i can eat as much as i want all day my sister lost 30 pounds in one month and i started a month ago and lost 26 so far

She did not skip any meals, woke up late ended up being lunch. I never eat breakfest and most of the time my lunch ends up being a bowl of cereal after I wake up. She did plenty of excersize, which is good for her. I run 5 miles a day and do 1 hour of weights everyday and its done good for me and for training for my running next school year, and she is only walking 2 miles a day with some basic excersizes and you say she is going to die?
