I am sooo sick of people saying "skip breakfast" or "dont eat much food throughout the day" or "skip meals" bcuz its all wrong!!!! I understand why you would think that but it is wrong!!! breakfast is important. dont skip it! you can eat lunch and dinner just smaller portions you should also eat healthy snacks, but depriving your self of any kind of food is unhealthy and wrong!!! i cant count how many times people say "DONT EAT A LOT JUST A TINY BIT" that is giving kids the wrong message that they should not eat throughout the day. please reply and tell me what you think

Hey yeah i kno what you mean! i skipped a few meals like a few weeks ago b/c i didn't wanna eat and gain wait but also i wasn't hungry and i got sick. i got this terrible headache and almost threw up. but the problem i got is during the day when i am home i am not hungry. but yeah you need to eat b/c my mom said you need to eat b/c of ur metabolism or something like that. i hope i helped

I agree, you have to eat to lose weight...skipping meals makes you sick and also leads to anorexia or other bad situations... it's always good to eat and eat healthy :).
