Hey! I have wrote stuff like this lots of times but who cares this is really imporent. Ok so, I go for a 25 min. walk every day ( try to ) have gym in school 2 or 3 or more times a week, do 60 crunchs a day, weight training 2 times a week, clean my nans furiture 1 week, vancurn 1 week and so on. I started walking and crunchs 2 monuths ago weight training and my nans stuff 2 weeks ago but have only lost 6 pounds and gained but 3 or 4 ! I have not been very good with cuting down on food. I guess I will have to cut out all chocolate and cookies. But some one PLEASE, PLEASE help.

Okay, first of all, gaining a couple pounds isn't that bad because u are weight training, and muscle weighs more than fat, so you're okay on that one. I suggest to keep up your exercise routine, you're doing great, and to really speed up the weight loss, start reducing calories. Start at 2000, and decrease by 200 calories a week until you get to 1400 or 1200. Make sure you drink a lot of water, and do whatever makes you feel the best. I wish you tons of luck!
