I really want to loose some weight but I just can't stick to it! I decide to eat better but I end up eating the same stuff as always. I decide to exercise more but get too lazy to do it on the days I should. I just want to stick to it! At school my best friend weighed herself and it said she weighed 114 pounds! And when I got home I decided to do that too and my scale said I weigh 182 pounds! I'm 14, 5 foot 5 and I weigh 182 pounds! I need to loose weight! I want to be like all my friends. But I weigh about 70 more pounds than all of them! I want to get down to about, uh 145 pounds. But I just can't stick to it! Help please!

Hey,I used to have the same problem I could never keep a diet for more than 3 days!When I was 184 lbs. I tried some diets and even made up my own but I kept on giving up,and it took me like 2 months to get from 184 to 175.But in the month of september I got very determinated to stay with the diet I started using Slim Fast and since then I've kept the diet till now.
I've got my diet for almost 2 months now and have lost 17 more pounds,thats a total of 26 lbs. lost.All you need is determination if you want something get it yourself other people can help you but your mostly on your own.~Good Luck~~*Mel*~
