Hey everyone,im 13 and very fat and i hate it!! i weigh 168 pounds and get teased at school. Please PLEASE PLEASE help me i have tried everything but i just cant seem to like anything healthy, i live on chips pizza and chocolate ad anything that is junk. Please reply, and also does anyone know any good exercises , or a good exercise plan? One more question:is running very good fo losing weight? how much could i lose a week if i went about 3 times a week? thanx everyone

if you really NEED junk why dun u try subsituting? lik eating half a burger n a diet drink for a meal. thats only 130kcals. if you really can't survive on little food, try having a salad to go with the meal. itmakes you seem as if you have eaten junk but actually not, dun eat cheeseburgers though, it is almost 100 kcals more then a normal burger. waste of calories.

running is a good exercise but i heard that it puts too much pressure on ur knees

Claire, don't worry abou6 being teased about being fat and don't worry about being addicted to junk food. Just remmber it isn't what u look like on the outside it's what's inside that counts.
