hey everyone how are u doing? i hope great!! well today has been a good day for me (eating wise)
Breakfast-1/2cup of Great Grains w/Half a cup of whole milk + yoplaits whipped yougurt(strawberry mist, mah fav!)
Snack-didn't have one wasn't hungry
Lunch-Italian(skool italians are small)
Snack- 1 lowfat granola bar(110CALS) and exactly one cup of whole milk (i measured for once hehe yay for me)
and my mom portions my supper very well so i dont have to worry about that how dat sound ta ya?

Make the whole milk fat free and try fat free yogurt, it feels like there is more than the whipped
