hey every1 its me again! so tell me if this is good and will help me lose weight. breakfast: nuttin because i never eat breakfast so i will jus have water /lunch: 1 sandwhich(jus bologna),water,orange /supper: carrots, salad, water, and maybe an apple or orange
and i will be exercizin a lot

i really do agree with the others... eat breakfest cause if not the next thing u eat basically turns in to fat ... from what i heard,.... just eat a small something... and then get it a lil bigger thats what i would do

You sound like you are starving yourself there! Do you realise that you are only having about 400 calories when you are supposed to be having about 1000-1500 to lose weight? I have no idea how you will stick to this cause I know I couldnt! I think eating breakfast is really important. It starts your metabolism for the day. If you eat just that everyday you will be starving and plus it doesnt sound like you are getting enough nutrition.

Try at least putting a little breakfast in there - try to make 2 minutes of your time in the morning to eat like fruit or something really healthy. If you do i bet you will loose weight a litte quicker than if you dont eat breakfast.

if u skip a meal it is not help u at all it will slow ur metabiliosm down and that is what makes u lose weight
