Hey everyone!! For the last couple weeks my weight's been constant (which is better than gaining, of course) But I've been doing the same exersize/diets as always. I think I need a new way of working out. I don't do much in the way of physical activity, so I was hoping to get some ideas. Anyone know some good exersizes? I do arobics for thirty minuets three days a week, but I know it's not enough...I'd be grateful for any replys.

Hey Jme, i think that u are doing well on losing weight. I want to lose that much im 12 and weigh 135-140 pounds i dont look fat but i feel it and i know it by taking my weight everytime i go to the doctor i weigh at least 2 pounds or so more then the time before i was there. I am very active in sports as of Softball,basketball,swimming i play sports and i have grown strong musicles and strong bones which is why i think i weigh so much but if u jog for 30 minutes a day or do 60 situps, even jump rope for about 20 minutes and just eat right u will be just fine my problem is - is im not eatting right i need to find a different way to lose weight besides eatting right cause, thats just not working for me if u have aol instant messenger please i would be greatful if u would IM me SweetThang00116 or e-mail imasweetlilangel101@hotmail.com or just simply post where i posted a message i would be greatful thank you and good luck!
