Ht. 5'3.5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 124 lb (BMI %tile: 77), Goal: 110 lb - i am 5'3 1/2... i was 130 i am now 124 and that was in one week i have walked and run...and i do exersices...more...i do not eat as much and do not eat after 7 ... i eat a lil breakfest... some for lunch... and small super and try no snacks or lil snacks in between meals.... when i do get hungrey i get ice...or some water,.. and when i eat i eat slow so it fills me up faster and i drink a glass of water before each meal.... well i still need to lose about.. 15-20 lbs for me to feel better so any more tips i can do please tell me

I am 12 and weigh 105.6 and for a while I thought I was FAT, but at gym, everybody said that I was like really skinny, in fact too skinny. I feel that all you and me both need to do is eat healthy and exercise daily as in doing sit ups, crunches, and stuff like that, it helps, I know.

hey, good job, just make sure you dont over do it, becasue that can easily turn into an eatinf disorder by losing that much weight in a week. Believe me i know good luck!
