Yeah!!!!!!!!I'm 13!!!!!My birthday was yesterday!!!!!!But that is not what I want to say. Ok, well every day after school I go in my basement and I workout for 30 mins. I dance for a while, ride for moms sationary bike, walk around (fast),weight leigt and walk some more. Do you think that is good because I am doing different stuff????I don't wieght leift every day but every secon day But I always workout for a half an hour. I some times go for a walk after to. Well let me know if it is okay.Thanks

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!, well belated. I hope yesterday was enjoyable for you. Yes, that exercize routine sounds great! Just make sure you keep challenging yourself... if you cant feel your muscles work/get tired/sweaty *whatever may occour* just make sure it keeps occouring. Keep it up and you should be really toned. Try to challenge your stamina by doing one or two more things every day. Try Winsor Pilates. Go to Winsorpilates.com and check it out. I do the "20 min. work out" every morning and eat lots of candy and crap, but I lost about 20 pounds so far, without really trying. If you are determined and eat well while doing this, I cant even imagine the results. Plus, as you get more flexable and stronger/leaner you can use a more advanced video. THIS DOES WORK! I WOULD NOT LYE TO YOU! And when you buy you get a meal plan, 3 different videos, a sculpting guide, and even a little workout written out for when your on vacation or just cant use the tv. I love these videos because they helped me acheive the body I wanted (without the bulk, *im a dancer and I chose this so I would get long lean muscles and not become chunky like lifting weights can do to you*)Good Luck.

i think that is great because what if you wouldn't be doing it then you might be pretty big than you are now. Keep it up
