Hey! I am finely losing weight and I am so happy. I lost weight but all I did was eat better and smaller porition but now I am doing to add some exercise and I was wongering if this would be enough. Ok, go for a 30 min walk everyday, 90 crunchs a day, and weight training 2 times a week for about 15 mins. So what do you think. I have tried a million things and I did so much exercise I didn't even has time but I have started this workout and it is easy so if you guys think that it is good I will stick with it. Thanks for all your help!!!!!!!!

well im glad u found a weight loss program that works for u!!! i know it is always hard for someone to find one that is actually easy let alone one that works! I wish you the best of luck!!
