Sorry Jane, but I have this policy where I don't help people lose weight who are at a healthy weight or underweight. Your BMI is 23.5; healthy range is about 19-25. If you want to get more "toned," that's fine - just start walking, doing calisthenics (situps/crunches, pushups, etc), but *don't* reduce your food intake. -James
