I thought I'd start psting a exercise journal on the bulletin board. Reply if you think i need to change sum thin. Exercise- 50 crunches 20 squats a thirty minute aerobics video 35 leg lifts and 30 minutes of doing different exercises.

you don't have to do that much exercising to lose weight, I exercised for like 20 min a day (every other day) and just snacked a little less and lost 40 pounds
