i start school tommrow. For lunch Im always getting junk food at the snack bar and after school i always get things out of the vending machine. I am afriad I am going to gain alot of weight this year and I dont know what to do. The healthiest selection of food there is a hambruger and I could bring my own lunch, but Im not sure what to bring, we only have a microwave that we can only use for 3 minutes, so that is always crowded and out of the question...any tips? oh ya, and how can i fit exercise into my busy schedule? school 8-3, stay after till about 4 or 5, come home...then on weekends i work from 12-4?

For lunch don't have any money in that account so you won't be tempted either- bring healthy stuff- a turkey sandwhich,veggies, fruit, water. Just take the temptations away. For exercise it doesn't have to take a long time, just jog for 20 min sometime.
Reply from anne, Age 16 - 08/25/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx try slimfast meal on the go bars. they won't take up room in your bag but they're yummy and will fill you up! oh- and try and exersize a little in the morning when your muscles and body is regenerated and it'll burn more percentage of fat if you don't have anything in your stomach while exersizing anyways!
