Starting September 9, 2003 I will drink 8 glasses of water a day.I will do at least 30 situps..15 pushups..walk for 30 min. and do myexercise video. Also I will eat breakfast of fruit or sum nutrition thing. I will eat something healthy for lunch like the main meata fruit and a vegetable. I will try to avoid fating junk food. For supper I will try to eat something healthy. And I will eat at least 4 fruits and 4 vegetables a day. I hope I get strong, healthy, and loseweight.!
