Ht. 5'5", Today: 154 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 130 lb - hi i weigh 154 and i am 5"5 and i would like to go down to 130. so i want to lose 24 pounds. do u think i can do this is three months?plz give me some tips on exercising and dieting and i am also looking for a diet buddy!!! plz reply asap!!!thanx

hey i weigh 130 pounds is that bad for a 14 year old? how much am i suppose to weigh? and how many pounds do u think i can lose in like 4 days?

hey matt if u want to lose 24 lbs in 3 months ud have to lose about 2 lbs a week...which is healthy but ure gonna have to start cutting out all junk food and increasing exercise right away my email is thatkidyouhate32@aol.com if u wanna be diet buddies

yes- you can lose 24 pounds in that timne if you lose 2 pounds a week. you can do this by burning 1000 more calories then you consume a day. go to www.caloriesperhour.com and calculate how much you burn doing different activities in 24 hours and then eat 1000 less calories then that. it works- believe me. eat a lot of veggies too becasue they're low in cal and eat less fat becasue fat is highest in calories. it is double the amount of calories then protein and carbs. and adding exersize into your schedule will definately help because then you can eat a little more calories. just count calories untill you're used to how much you can eat of what- you'll learn faster then you would have thought. so far by doing this i've lost 12 pounds and i'm still going. my goal weight is 130 also. good luck! if you don't cheat yourself you can definately do it and just keep reminding yourself that if you start today then you're one day closer. believe me- you don't want to get to the end of the three months and not have done anything and then realize that you could have been at your goal weight by then...

Hello Matthew! I have a brother who is your height,14 years old, weighs 140, and is like the "buffest of the buff" - very lean and built. So you don't neccessarily need to get down to 130... What my bro does for his body is: eats only when he's hungry and only as much as he needs, and gets lots of activity during the day, then before he goes to bed at night he does as many crunches and pushups as he can possibly do. Talk about muscles! Best of luck reaching your goal!
