hey yall im confused about something and i was wondering if yall could help me with it....ok well i have read alot of posts even though i havent really posted much...and they say if u eat every hour it can speed up ur metabolism and if u dont eat every three hours ur metabolism will slow down and u have a risk of gaining fat because ur body thinks u are starving ur self or something like that.... and people say only eat at meal times but here are my meal times 6:30 am 10:30 am and 7:00pm and i dont want to gain any fat because all of my hard work over the summer will just be for nothing now that i have started school its harder to keep up with things if any of yall have any info to unconfuse me please do thanks luv lily

hey- well if how you were eating before worked then stick with it. if you're that worried though- then eat an apple between lunch and supper. the reason your metabolism slows down is because it has nothing to digest and it's not working- but you won't gain any fat just by not eating every four hours. it's only to speed your metabolism and so that your body has to work to digest it.

try to eat before 6 at night cuz then u have a chance to burn the fat that u ate before you go to bed.
